Jim Bradley Combination Portable Base with Spring Ball & Punch or Kick Bag

Forming the perfect aerobic/conditioning workout, this equipment has an elongated combination board with a non-slip rubberised surface has our spring ball mounted on one end and our punch/kick bag on the other. The wheels and handle make it easy to transport from one location to another and in turn the spring ball and punch/kick bag can be easily dismantled off the base.

Perfect for unit or small workout space. Can be both portable or mounted to the floor.
